Details for the NIWA Canterbury-Westland Schools’ Science and Technology Fair 2024

Information for primary, intermediate and secondary schools/Year 7-13 students:

• Entries are now CLOSED for 2024 fair.

There will be no entry fee again in 2024.

Please fill in one School Entry Form per school, and a Project Entry Form for each exhibit being submitted. Further details can be found on the Entries Page

• Fair: Saturday 21st September, Ernest Rutherford Building at the University of Canterbury
• Prizegiving: Sunday 22nd September, 11am
• Public Viewing: Saturday 21st September, PM, and Sunday 22nd September, AM. 

Judging will take place on Saturday 21st September. School coordinators will be advised by email in the evening of, to inform of students who have won prizes and who need to attend the prize-giving ceremony on the Sunday (details will be announced closer to the time).
